Which dates are included in my registration fee about the stay in hotel?

In your registration fee is included:
Thursday night May, 3rd, 2018
Friday night May, 4th, 2018
Saturday  night May, 5th, 2018

Any other nights are extra.

What is the rate to attend the YMC 2018?

Registration fees:

Early Bird Fee till 10 March 2018 – € 870  – Full delegate single room
Standard Fee from 11 March 2018 – € 970 –  Full delegate single room
This rate includes 3 nights in a single room,  breakfast, full program & F&B within the program (three dinners, two lunches and one coffee break). This rate excludes your own travel arrangements.

Early Bird Fee till 10 March 2018 – € 830  – Full delegate twin room
Standard Fee from 11 March 2018 – € 930 –  Full delegate twin room
This rate includes 3 nights in a twin room with a sharing person,  breakfast, full program & F&B within the program (three dinners, two lunches and one coffee break). This rate is only valid when both delegates register for the complete program. This rate excludes your own travel arrangements.

Accompanying person
Standard fee – € 170 –  delegate twin room. This rate includes 3 nights in a twin room with one full delegate twin room registration. This rate includes bed&breakfast.

Can I get VAT reverse charge if my company is VAT registered in EU?

No, VAT 21% is applicable for any and all companies who are registering participants for the conference. All participants are liable to pay VAT on congress fees in Europe. We can only waive the VAT on goods, products, exhibition and sponsorship package.

Is the VAT zero rated if my company is registered outside the EU?

What should we do if our company would like to become a sponsor of YMC 2018?

Do I need VISA for traveling to Belgium?

We kindly remind you that Belgium is in the Schengen Zone. Please contact your Consular to check what do you need for traveling to Belgium. Here is the list of countries whose citizens may enter Belgium without a visa.

Is the insurance included in my Registration Fee?

No, the delegate travel insurance is NOT provided as part of your Registration Fee. We strongly recommend the need for good travel insurance. In general, this form of insurance provides cover for sickness and illness, cancellation, loss of property etc.

What are check-in and check-out time for the hotel?

The check-in time is 15:00 & check-out time is 12:00

Is the 2nd and 7th of May included in my Registration Fee?

The 2nd and 6th of May are not included in your registration fee. However there is a possibility to extend your stay before and after the conference. This is – of course – availability permitting. You can book these extra nights when registrating for the YMC18. Should you wish to book for other extra nights, please share this info with our team via team@youngmovers.eu. These extra nights are not part of the conference program and are extra charged.

Where can I find information about outdoor activities and clubbing?

All information about event You can find here. In the left side of the page is a TAB, where You can find everything about outdoor activities, clubbing, Gala Dinner and Belgium!

What kind of rooms are prepared?

It depends if you will choose to share your room with someone. We have prepared single and double rooms for our attendees. Room upgrade is for an extra charge. You can contact us if you desire a room upgrade. It goes whiteout saying that this is depending on availability at the hotel.

How will I know that my registration is approved?

On Your e-mail, You will receive official confirmation from the YMC 2017 Organizers.

What is the dress code for the event - YMC 2018 Belgium?

There is no formal dress code for the event, however, your attention is drawn to:
The final night dinner is not a formal wear dinner, however, there is an expectation that you dress appropriately for the venue and the event. The organizers recommend – smart casual.

How should I act if I find a mistake in my registration form after confirming it and paying the invoice?

After payment received in full, any changes including but not limited to changes of names, outdoor activities, etc. can be accepted or rejected only with written confirmation from organizers and might be subject to additional charges.

Where can I apply for the next YMC Newsletters?

If You would like to receive Newsletters, please contact chairman@youngmovers.eu with a request to add you or other colleagues to the newsletter list!

Can I buy a travel ticket before approval of my Registration form?

Of course, You can, but organizers do not recommend, because if You registration will be rejected, organizers will not take responsibility for any payments.
