Activity 2: Triglobal Go chocolate – a real Belgian chocolate experience

Timing:
Departure from the hotel: 10.30
Estimated end time: 13.30

Home to some of the world’s finest chocolatiers; Belgium’s chocolate heritage dates back from 1800. But it’s not just the long history of quality chocolate we’re known for: our refined and exceptional pralines are some of the finest you’ll ever taste. In fact, the first praline
was created in Brussels’ prestigious Galeries Royales Saint Hubert. With such easy access to quality ingredients and a rich history of crafting the sweet treat, our chocolate expertise is a ‘must do’.

Let’s discover the secrets of the chocolate maker’s work! This chocolate experience will take you to a Brussels based chocolate workshop, where we find out all about chocolate. Of course there’s some work to do as well. Assisted by the ‘Maître chocolatier’ himself, it’s up to you to create your own chocolates. You will even take your own creations back home.
Still not enough chocolate? For the real chocoholics, we continue the sweet party in Brussels city centre where we will visit the Neuhaus store in the Galleries Saint-Hubert. The first ever pralines store, that used to be a pharmacy where they experimented with different flavours. Those who want to have a taste of luxury chocolate, there is the store of Mary, also situated in the Galleries the Saint-Hubert. A typical Belgian lunch is part of the program.
